In 2012 PLG started a Trainee Management program which enables staff to experience all aspects of the hospitality business and develop their skills. Participants attend classes with their peers from other hotels within the group and have the opportunity to work across multiple venues and with different managers and teams. On successful completion of the program trainees are eligible for a Diploma of Management and can look forward to progressing their career with the company through a diverse range of opportunities available to them across our venues.
